1.1 Do I have to be 21+ or older to purchase?

Yes! We can only sell to anyone that is 21+ or older with a valid drivers license

1.2 Do I Need A Medical Card?

No. Our products contain THC from Hemp-derived Cannabis. Therefore, we meet all state regulatory requirements.

1.3 Can I Ship To Any State?

No. Not all states have the same regulations.

Shipment of certain products to certain states is limited, as defined by the states regulations. We can currently ship to most states including LA & MS. After placing an order, If we notice your current state does not allow a certain product, we will issue a refund.
